Standing Together Against Hate
ABOUT US

Why Action Against Hate?
The Action Against Hate campaign was created by the Asian Roundtable of Colorado (ARC) in response to rising hate and bias incidents, Action Against Hate recognized the need for greater community education, accessible reporting tools, and culturally relevant resources.
Action Against Hate is a community-based program of the Asian Roundtable of Colorado focused on education, hate and bias incident reporting, community resources, leadership development, and community engagement. We provide tools and information that help individuals and communities better understand, document, and respond to hate and bias.

About Us
Why create the Action Against Hate campaign?
The Action Against Hate campaign was created by the Asian Roundtable of Colorado (ARC) to empower AAPI individuals and communities through meaningful dialogue and innovative solutions, supporting the most vulnerable among us. In response to the rising numbers of hate-related incidents, Action Against Hate identified gaps in services for individuals facing barriers such as language, culture, economics, access, and other inequities.
Action Against Hate is now expanding its mission to empower individuals and communities of all backgrounds. By collaborating with community leaders, organizations, law enforcement and legislature, we focus on developing infrastructure tailored to the needs of diverse communities, building resilience, and fostering collective action to stand against hate in all forms.
Who is the Asian Roundtable of Colorado?
ARC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with the mission to empower AAPI organizations to mobilize when needs arise. Since its founding in 1994, ARC has worked with over 50 AAPI organizations to promote unity and action among CO AAPI communities. In 2020, ARC spearheaded a statewide educational outreach to 251,000 CO Asians for the 2020 Complete Count Census. Action Against Hate is our present campaign to help AAPI communities feel safe and live the American dream they call home.
