Why?

Stronger Communities Are Built When People Come Together.

The Action Against Hate Leadership Program was created to bring people together across communities, cultures, and lived experiences to help build stronger, safer, and more connected communities.

As communities continue navigating division, isolation, bias, and growing social challenges, many individuals are looking for meaningful ways to create positive change, strengthen community relationships, and support one another. This program was designed to help equip emerging and established leaders with the tools, connections, and opportunities to lead with empathy, collaboration, and action.

Through leadership development, community engagement, advocacy, education, and collective action, the program creates space for people from diverse backgrounds to learn from one another, strengthen their voices, and work together toward long-term community well-being and belonging.
